Holiday let Royal William Yard, Plymouth. This is a stunning 3 bedroom holiday let located in the historic Royal William Yard, Plymouth. It has beautiful sea views over the marina from the balcony. It’s a fantastic place to relax and unwind with a selection of great restaurants and wine bars on your doorstep.

Holiday Let Royal William Yard, Plymouth is a second floor corner apartment that retains spectacular features such as limestone and granite walls, exposed timber roof beams that sympathetically contrast with the ultra-modern materials to accentuate the property and its heritage.

The apartment is serviced to provide a high standard of cleanliness and comfort and has a welcome cupboard which includes tea, coffee, sugar and some cooking basics. It is warm and comfortable and is furnished to a high standard with a mix of modern design classics and antiques in natural materials. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay perfect but please do let us know if there is anything you think might make it even better.

The apartment is suitable for between 4-6 people.

The apartment is situated in one of the Grade 1 listed former Royal Naval victualing buildings in the Royal William Yard. Restored by architects to create modern living full of character.

The yard itself is home to many cafes, bars and restaurants including; Le Vignoble a unique wine lounge serving great wines alongside tapas boards of cheeses and charcuterie, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Restaurant makes the best of quality local produce and The Bakery is a favourite with locals for its artisanal sourdough breads, sweet pastries and cakes and is a great place to breakfast out.

There are plenty more options including Japanese inspired Wagamamas, The Seco Lounge serving good pub grub, breakfasts and tapas, Italian Pizzeria Prezzo, the classic French Le Bistrot Pierre, South-American styled Las Iguanas serving food and cocktails and finally Wildwood with its wood fired grill and Italian influences there is something to suit all tastes all on the doorstep.

» There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
» Wi-fi internet access.

» An open plan modern kitchen comprising double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
» Full utensils and accessories including a toaster, microwave and kettle.
» There is also a utility room featuring washing machine and tumble dryer.

» Views of the small harbour known as 'The Basin'.
» En-suite to bedroom one comprises bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and w.c.
» Please note: There is no door separating en-suite area to bedroom one.

» Development is situated directly on the waterfront.
» 1 allocated parking space at £10 per day can be arranged.
» Just outside the entrance to the development there are paved walks along the edge of the seashore with access to sandy beaches, rock pools and a sea water swimming pool.
